Power of Attorney

A Durable Power of Attorney is one of the most important documents a person can have while living. When correctly worded and executed, it allows another person to make decisions on your behalf when you are not physically or mentally able. It is extremely important that you appoint a  trustworthy person with this great responsibility. A Power of Attorney does not replace a Will, as it ceases immediately upon death of the signatory.

You can execute this document alone, or as part of a comprehensive estate planning package which Durfee Law provides at reasonable rates!
